Pollo alla cacciatora - Cacciatora chicken.

Here the first simple paleo recipe you can try. It take from forty to fifty minutes to cooking and you will have a good old recipe that you never known was paleo :D

Ingredients
15ml of olive oil (you can use coconut oil if you prefer)
1,5 kg chicken, cut up
60g of fresh ground black pepper
60g of marine salt
1 medium sized sliced yellow-colored onion,
250g of sliced mushrooms
3 minced garlic cloves
500g of diced tomatoes
250g of tomato sauce
100g dried oregano
1 large bell pepper sliced to small pieces (2cm)

How to cook
Within a big frying pan, heat up the olive oil over medium to high heat.
Let the chicken season with the salt and the pepper.

Whenever skillet become very hot, put the chicken and make it get color on both sides, around ten minutes.
Take out and drain on papers.
Include mushrooms and onions into the very hot skillet and turn around till onions are slightly translucent, around five minutes.
Include the other ingredients. Blend everything properly.
Put back the chicken to skillet and make it boil.
As soon as is boiling, greatly reduce temperature, simmer with a top for thirty minutes, till the chicken is soft.
